We want you to love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn or unused, in the same condition you received them.

  • Tags must still be attached, and the item should be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@dopamine-dreams.co.uk. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and full instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — they will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care items (e.g. cosmetics, toiletries)

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, the fastest method is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

These Terms & Conditions comply with The Consumer Contract Regulations. You’re welcome to save or print a copy for your records.

All content, material, designs, and imagery on this website are the intellectual property of Dopamine Dreams. You may view, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction or distribution of content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. You may not create a link to our site without written consent, nor interfere with its use by others.

While we strive to ensure all content is accurate, no express or implied warranties are given regarding its correctness.

Working Days & Holidays

"Working Days" or "Working Hours" exclude weekends, public holidays, and bank holidays (including Christmas). Any holiday closure dates will be clearly displayed on the website homepage.

Order Confirmation

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please review this carefully and contact us immediately to correct any errors. If you have any concerns or complaints, please refer to the contact information at the end of this document.

Pricing

All prices are accurate at the time of publishing but are subject to change. If a pricing error is discovered, we will notify you by email with the correct price. You’ll have the option to proceed at the amended price or cancel your order. Special offers will include clear expiration dates.

Payment in full is required before your order can be processed. Once payment is received, you’ll receive an order confirmation email, including your name, order number, and the total amount paid. Acceptance of your order creates a legally binding contract between you and Dopamine Dreams. Any conflicting terms you propose during checkout will not be part of the agreement.

Estimated Dispatch Times:

  • Clothing: Up to 9 working days from payment

  • Other Items: Up to 7 working days from payment

Shipping

We ship all UK orders via Evri.

If no one is home, Evri may attempt delivery to a neighbor or leave your item at a local collection point. Tracking details will be provided with your dispatch email.

If your order has not arrived after 15 working days, please contact us. We will offer a replacement or full refund at that time.

Returns & Cancellations

We take care to ensure all items meet high standards. If you need to return something, we do accept returns for a full refund.

In line with The Consumer Contract Regulations, you may cancel your order from the moment of purchase up to 14 working days after receiving your item(s).

  • If your order has not been dispatched, a full refund will be issued.

  • If your order has been dispatched, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You may return items for any reason—faulty, incorrect, not as described, or simply a change of mind.

We recommend returning items via tracked or recorded delivery for peace of mind—this is not required, but appreciated.

Please Note: Items reduced due to defects, damage, or other noted imperfections are not eligible for return.

  • If you're returning an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for return postage.

  • If the return is due to a fault or error on our part, Dopamine Dreams will cover return postage.
